Our company, Delaware County Meats, was founded in 1999 by a group of independent family farmers who all have a similar dream. A dream that will provide us with the means to make a decent living and, in a broader sense, preserve our way of life. With that dream as our foundation, we formed this unique company so we can offer you, and the rest of the world, quality meats at an outstanding value.

With its rolling hills and open plains, Iowa has long been at the center of grain, dairy and meat production for the world. And tucked away in the northeast corner of the state is the heart of quality pork and beef production.

Iowa has continued to rank as the #1 pork producing state in the union for as long as most of us can remember. And Delaware County has ranked as one of the largest pork producing counties in the U.S.A. Made up primarily of independent family farms that have been around for generations, we know how to produce the best meat in the world.
