Shipping:
No matter how you order we vacuum seal every product in heavy plastic to ensure freshness and to guarantee the product reaches you in perfect condition. Orders are shipped by UPS Ground in a reusable styrofoam container with dry ice to keep the product at the appropriate temperature till it arrives at your location.

You will also see material that looks like sawdust. It's a special material that protects the pork from the dry ice. The dry ice may have evaporated by the time you receive your pork.

Also, we recommend that when you receive your order you remove it from the shipping carton and place it in your refrigerator or freezer.
